Rent-a-Trailer
The trailers we have chosen to supply for your benefit are durable, light weight and easy to use. Each trailer comes equipped with standard features, which include:

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
At the time of booking you must leave a holding deposit of $695. This will be processed at this time and is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled. At the time of pick up this will be held as a damage deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND:
Security deposits are refundable within 7 days after return if trailer has been returned on time, undamaged, clean, and complete with equipment. If there is damage or additional charges being applied to rental upon check in, the refund will be the net amount of the deposit refund less the applied charges.
PICK UP AND RETURN:
Clients must telephone the rental office to arrange for scheduled pick up time. Pick up times & return times are on Monday to Friday only.

Penalties are charged in the amount of $25.00 per hour for late returns without prior authorization. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR RENTAL RETURNED PRIOR TO TERMINATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT, NOR IS THERE A REFUND FOR UNUSED PROPANE. If a client wishes to extend a rental agreement for a longer period of time, athorization would be needed at least 24 hours prior to the time the trailer is due back. If the trailer is available in the requested extended time slot the the rental period can be extended.
ALSO AVAILABLE:
Subject to availability clients may request early pick up of trailer: $40.00 per trailer.
CANCELLATION FEE:
Booking deposits are non refundable.
CUSTOMER ORIENTATION:
Clients will receive a full orientation on how to use and enjoy a recreational vehicle. Orientation also includes the client's maintenance responsibilities.
TOWING:
Towing will not be allowed behind trailers.
PETS:
Are Prohibited
RESTRICTIONS:
1. Logging roads and other 'non-public' roads are not permitted to be used. Units are not permitted on roads designated on official Provincial or State maps as other roads, dirt or gravel.
2. Northern Canada/Alaska - no vehicles will be permitted to travel north of Fort St. John, British Columbia including Highways 37, 97, and 35.
3. Traveling through Death Valley, California is not permitted during the period of May 1 - September 30.
4. Arizona - traveling on Apache trail east on Tortilla Flat to Roosevelt Dam is not permitted at any time of the year.
5. Vehicles will not be permitted to travel into Mexico.
HITCH/WIRING:
All vehicles must comply with D.O.T. specifications when towing a travel trailer. The specifications are for safety reasons. Please call for proper hitch requirements per tow vehicle. Edmonton RV reserves the right to refuse use of trailers if coupling safety specifications are not being met.
UNIT CLEANLINESS:
Unit interior and exterior is clean on pick-up and must be returned in the same condition. Cleaning charges for units returned unclean are $57.00 for the interior and $152.00 for the exterior.
EDMONTON RV GUARANTEE:
If the rental vehicle is in repair for more than 12 hours unavailable for client use, full retail daily rate or portion thereof will be refunded to the client. NO OTHER EXPENSES WILL BE REIMBURSED. Radio, auto and roof A/C, refrigerator, furnaces, cruise control, and microwave are not considered breakdowns and no refunds will be made for these items.
MAINTENANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All authorized repairs will be reimbursed at check in upon presentation of receipts and all replaced parts. Clients should retain the parts replaced by the repair shop, unless repairs are done by Edmonton RV. Clients are authorized to proceed with necessary repairs up to $50.00. Any repairs over $50.00 will need prior authorization, call collect if needed. Client will assume all responsibility for costs incurred while in their possession (including late fees, parking & tickets). By signing the client authorizes Edmonton RV to put charges such as these on their credit card. Clients will also be held responsible for equipment and tires if not properly cared for.
